The Cut, Strip, Twist, Tin & Crimping – ATC 2018 machine is fully automatic wire cutting stripping, twisting, tinning (Side A) and crimping (Side B). It is specialized for twist pair requirement, available for cut, crimp, tinning and twist pair wire, to ensure precise crimping. The wire applicable for crimping in PVC electronic wires, Teflon wires etc having touch screen operation with digital inputs.

• Touch screen operation, the parameters of wire length, stripping length, half-stripping length, twisting length, crimping position and tinning length are digital input.
• Machine will automatically stops as Low pressure, abnormal motor condition occurs, problem will be automatically displayed which is convenient and fast to solve the problem.
