The Single de coiler – CDS-1: The cable to be cut is usually delivered in a box or on a spool , fast feed rates can often cause the cable to become twisted or knotted. The wire prefeeding machine solves this problem with smooth acceleration and braking of the rotary plate, the cable is led under constant tension to the cross cutting machine for trouble-free feeding. Due to an electronic control system, which is activated with a pendulum arm, the feed rate automatically adjusts to the actual requirement of any down line machine; it does not require any electrical connections to its host machine.

The double roll de coiler – (CDS-2): The double station wire prefeeder is a free-standing, electric-demand prefeeding machine designed to pull the wire and cable from racks or barrels and provide a constant tension to downstream wire processing machines. It is able to handle 2 different wires at the same time, each spool is driven by its individual motor, due to electronic control system, the feed rate of both spools automatically adjusts to the actual requirement of any downline machine.

The five roll de coiler – (CDS-5): The five station wire prefeeding machine feeds the wire gently and continuously to the active wire storage, while the intake of the fully automatic wire harness processing machine takes the wire out of the storage in order to further processing, the wire is led under constant tension for trouble free feeding. The Cable De Slooper – (CDH – 1) consists of wooden and plastic cable try of diameter Ø800mm – Ø1200mm outer dia. Cable try inner diameter Ø80mm (other size can be special ordered). Feeding power can be adjustable. Effectively saving production cost and raising the productivity.
