The procedure of wire feeding, cutting and winding can be processed at one time, it can automatically winding the finished wire which is especially for the long wire. PLC system controls the pulse signal, thus to improve the precision of wire processing. Mode of operation can be realize functions of length measurement, stripping, cutting and winding which is similar to semi-automatic manual work, easy to operate.

The powerful Eco-Strip-999 processes round cables upto 4 mm – 50 mm outer dia. It has a powerful cutting and transport drives for higher production rates. This machine can process 4 wires at a time, hence improves productivity. This Eco strip-999 is designed in PLC based with hybrid stepper motors and HMI (Touch Screen).
