The winding and tying machine – (WT – 999) has simple operation and adjustment, stable running and low failure rate. This machine is equipped with winding motor and controlled by PLC touching screen.

The Cable Tying Machine – (CNT – 777) is used by pedal. Automatically move the cable ties to the position of the jaws. Automatically collects the waste material into waste tank. The binding force would be more accurate and stable than the electronic measure and converting system. The tightening force and residual tail are set by adjusting screws.

FEATURES:

• Use bulk cable ties, vibration feeding, automatically move the cable ties to the position of the jaws.
• Pedal the pedal, automatically wrapping, perforating, pulling and tightening, cut off, collecting the waste material into waste tank.
• The whole operation takes only 0.8 sec, (not including auxiliary time), one machine can save 3-4 operations.
• Binding force is adjustable by turning the knob, the residual tail length is adjustable.
• The binding force is controlled by mechanical device, the binding force would be more accurate and stable than the electronic measure and converting system.
• The tightening force and residual tail are set by adjusting screw, after setting, the force and residual tail length would keep stable.
• Could tighten harness with PVC sleeve, no need to pre – heating in advance.
