Piller set Crimping die for big loose terminals with thickness above 2.5mm and wire section upto 95sqmm. The terminal is loaded by means of a manually operated slide, fitted with a sensor that allows the press to cycle only when the slide has reached its stroke’s end. All the wearing parts can be replaced without removing the applicator from the press. It can be fitted to any crimping press having a crimping height (measured from the die mounting plate to the press coupling when at bottom dead center) of 158mm, 136mm, 212mm and others.

This machine is designed for crimping the tube terminal with Hex crimping. No need to change the applicator and with high accuracy. It can adjust the position with the actual square wire. It works with PLC control system. It doesn’t need to change crimping applicator when crimping the closed tube-shaped terminal from size 10-12 sqmm.

Our regular model mechanical and pneumatic feed applicator crimps in chain type (Reel form) terminals with wires of different cross sections. Its newly developed having great accessibility and easy adjustments; and the replacement of the spares are very much easy.
Two different feeding cams are supplied – for manual (terminal already on the anvil) or automatic (terminal not yet on the anvil) set up. The applicators can be ordered either in side-feed or end-feed or mid-joint and individual or pneumatic based on the terminal manufacturing design and crimp height disk will vary to adjust the crimp height (0.1mm resolution, 1.0 mm range).
These applicators also supplied with different fixing base plate and holder to fix in different shut-height, Every Applicator will supplied with complete Data Sheet and all the parameters & adjustments used during the final test, together with an exploded view of the tool and the part number of each component; the same data can be used to order the spares. Upon request, a Capability Test – which includes measurement of crimping height & pull-out force and a cross section micrograph – can be supplied for the desired wire section

The unique model applicator with quick change system is made for crimping transversely chain form, individual terminals on wires with cross sections of wires. This applicator is designed with an indexed rotary head for reproducible, independent crimp height adjustment of both the wire and insulation.
