Details:

The HF-20000 is a servo crimping press. This machine designed for heavy battery terminal crimping process. This machine can crimp upto 120 sq mm cable, sheet thickness of terminal / lug min 1.0mm to 3.0 mm.
Can feed crimp height digitally in program. We can save upto 100 recipes. It is very comfortable for changing crimp height or load it can save terminal wise or crossection wise in recipes.
The robust electronic control operates on 440V, three phase power. It also features both a forward and reverse jog mode for set up and resetting of the crimping units. A Heavy Duty version is also available for more demanding crimping applications.
The HF-20000 also includes a standard pneumatic feed kit for operation of Pneumatic – feed applicator.

The die sets easily interchangeable as the required crimping tools. We also provide different types of die sets along with the machine which will cover most the sizes of panel board related lugs up to 6.0 sqmm cross section. Pin, fork, ring type, insulated lugs and tubular lugs and snap on lugs can easily crimp.

The termination machine is an electric driven Semi-Automatic assembly machine that uses different die sets to terminate reel-free contacts to manually supplied FFC cables.
