All the test subjects will done automatically, when test over, the qualified sample will be pushed out and a “t” or other characters will be marked on it. Workers can operate the machine without ant training, and they also have no direct effect with the product’s quality and working efficiency.

Crimp Cross Section Lab – (CSL-256) is used on cross section testing after terminal crimping. It has transmission technology of high precision ball screw can effectively ensure the cutting precision and grinding technology. It has rotary data collecting system, which can automatically choose the related speed for the different terminal.
